Taunton Town midfielder Rodney Marsh has turned down an approach to join Frome Town and has played down recent speculation about him being the subject of interest from several other clubs including Yeovil Town. Marsh, who joined Taunton nearly three years ago, is the current Supporters Player Of The Year and remains settled at the club. He said: ” Any interest from higher league clubs is very flattering but I am perfectly happy at Taunton and am enjoying my football under the new management team. This is my home town club and I would like to help them achieve success in the future. We had a good start and despite some inconsistent performances recently, I think the club is definitely moving in the right direction." |
