The Peacocks will be looking to get back to winning ways when Hartley Wintney visit the Viridor Stadium tomorrow afternoon (9 Mar), 3pm.

Town slipped to a narrow defeat at Harrow Borough in their last league outing which saw their lead at the top of the table shortened to a single point. Rob Dray will no doubt be looking for his men to produce an instant reaction and preserve their unbeaten home record in the league this term.

Hartley make their first ever visit to the Viridor Stadium and will be looking for a repeat performance from when the sides last meet at the Memorial Fields in December, where they ran out 3-1 winners.

The Row have risen to 12th position following 3 impressive home victories which included a 7-0 thrashing of bottom side Staines Town to confirm their relegation from the Southern Premier Division.

Town will be without Keith Emmerson who misses the match due to a family funeral but will be boosted by the arrival of Lucas Tomlinson from Bristol Rovers on a work experience loan until the end of the season.

Ahead of the match Rob Dray said, “The reverse fixture was in all honesty a little bit of a farce having to play in horrendous conditions. We are now in a position where every game has its importance and this one has become even higher after last weekend’s result. I know this group have everything necessary to keep going and get where we want to be at the season. We have 5 homes games left and I’d say to anyone who hasn’t experienced the atmosphere at the Viridor yet to get down, support your local club and help push us over the line.”

Following the game a Fans Forum will take place in the Clubhouse from 5.30pm where Head of Football Rob Dray, First Team Coach Matt Villis and Club Chairman Kevin Sturmey will be available to take questions.

Town failed to adapt to the conditions last time the two side met slipping to a 3-1 defeat.
