The Peacocks are on the road for the second time in 4 days as they make the trip to the RayMac Stadium to face Salisbury tomorrow evening (29 Jan), 7.45pm.

Salisbury fell to a late 4-3 defeat at the hands of fellow promotion contenders Weymouth at the weekend whilst Town could only manage a 1-1 draw away to Wimborne Town. Taunton’s away form has dipped since the turn of the year but they have proven their fight and resilience in big matches this term and will see this clash with the Whites as vital to their promotion aspirations.

The last meeting between the two sides produced an enthralling encounter which saw Matt Buse head a 94th minute 4-3 victory for the Peacocks at the Viridor Stadium back in November.

Rob Dray has a full squad available for the trip with the addition of Exeter City’s James Dodd. Ahead of the match he said, “Consecutive away games are always difficult, but when you are top and everybody wants a piece of you this is what it’s all about. We’re looking forward to it and we will be going their looking to get on the front foot.”

The Viridor Stadium erupts in celebration following Matt Buse’s winner.
